Our angel, Azriela Miquela Denise Jones, was born with Trisomy 18. She was so very small and fragile...her tiny little body just could not hold on. She passed away peacefully in our arms at only 3 days old. She will always be our baby girl, forever in our hearts. We love you honey...and we miss so very, very much. Sweet dreams little angel.
